Please help! I need a title for my thesis… Here’s a sampling of the pieces that will be in the show. Unfortunately, I don’t have more photographs right now, but I hope this gives you a sense of the work. There will be about 20-25 pieces in total. India ink on watercolor paper, sizes varying from about 12 x 14″ to 36 x 42″. Any title suggestions would be much appreciated.

question: what do you think of the title “ae”? it was suggested by someone else and i think it’s growing on me. I like the connection to the digraph and ligature (the symbol where the a and e are connected, as in the word daemon), which brings with it the association of the tying-up or tangling-up of language and sound. then there’s also the association with the mathematical term “almost everywhere” and the prepositional “one.” thoughts?

I like æ. Especially when it looks like that. I’m not sure what you mean by the prepositional one though - I’m probably just dumb, sorry.
also it’s the latin feminine nominative plural suffix, among many other things.
