For all you pynchon fans (OK, none of you are pynchon fans), this “Lord Buckley” fellow is apparantly a major player in Against the Day, which makes me more excited to read it. It’s good watching if you got ten minutes even if yer not gonna read the book. The hipster shakespeare is especially rewarding

    wow Groucho is so grating I could hardly get through it to the good parts. but Lord Buckley is awesome. watching him scat made me feel good inside. funny how groucho then calls him “a tall louis armstrong”. tall wasn’t the first modifier that came to my mind in that comparison. and that housewife is cool too.

    p.s. there will be a filmic rendition of part of the sound and the fury up here hopefully by tomorrow morning!
